This new urban neighborhood of fifty homes is on the Black River near Lake Michigan. 

The intent is to build around the existing marina as densely as possible in order to preserve surrounding woodlands. 

The homes surround an open green.  A neighborhood store was permitted to be built and will hopefully open soon.

The houses are attached yet feel private with
their own front porches and back terraces. 

Inside, the rooms are traditional yet airy.
